Through our business with our many clients, including major fabric companies and our extensive experience accumulated over many years, Taiyobo has acquired the ability to quickly respond to any customer request.
We will continue our ongoing efforts to meet the needs of our clients and enhance their satisfaction by providing responsive services and solid planning.

We handle all kinds of materials to accommodate each and every customer need, including textiles for men’s and ladies’ clothing. We hold repeated discussions with our customers from the planning phase, communicating the “ideas” brought about through these discussions to China and giving them shape in collaboration with our Chinese factories and partners.
We also focus on quality control and strive to “create products that everyone in the world feels safe wearing.”

While products produced in accordance with customer requests naturally vary in many ways, it is our job to meet the requests of every customer. Since Taiyobo has joint ventures and partners with many factories in China, we can commission production to the factory that best suits particular product characteristics. It is this collaboration that gives full play to our flexible response capabilities, which leads to quality products.

We are committed to thorough quality control to ensure the delivery of better products to our customers. To this end, we have established a quality control department in our production bases in China, stationing Japanese textile experts there to ensure our high standards of quality. As part of our quality control efforts, we also provide technical guidance to these factories.

QR refers to the achievement of streamlining at each phase of the production and distribution processes, with the aim of providing customers with the appropriate amount of products at the appropriate price and delivering them to the appropriate place in a timely manner. QR is implemented via collaboration between textile production and distribution specialists, sharing the results among production, distribution and consumers. Since its inception, Taiyobo has embraced the QR approach and practiced it when delivering its products to consumers.
